I am a huge fan of the multi-facet approach to chronic injury management. As a chiropractor in St George UT, I see lots of heel pain and plantar fasciitis (we have lots of retirees who love to golf). I have been having great success with team approaches with the local DPMs. They take care of the pharmacologic issues and histopathology, while I treat the biomechanic and structure components. Its working out well. I hope you find good success in San Antonio.
